Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri dixit is famous Indian actress, known for parts in the film Hum Aapke Koun. Her career began in the her twenties. The role she played in the role of Anil Kapoor in Tezaab made her hugely popular. Her next role was in Dil where she shared screen space with Aamir. Early on, as a child growing up in the middle class of Mumbai, she learned to dance. While still a teenager she attempted acting, however most of her early movies did not succeed. In the end, she was successful with Indian film and climbed to the very top. The marriage of her mother led to a hiatus from her acting career. She returned later. In recent years, Dixit had a major role to play as a character in Gulaab Gang a movie about the struggles of women in India. Dixit is nominated to win 15 Filmfare Awards, out of which she took home eight. Padma Shri was awarded to her, which is India's fourth highest civil honor. Her name is well-known for her work in the field of social service as well.
